Smart routing for your distribution network
A system for multi-echelon distribution networks — it assigns shipments to vehicles and plans the most efficient routes, automatically.
What is Wajjih?
Wajjih (وجّه) manages a multi-echelon distribution network — main warehouses, distribution stations, and pickup points — moving cargo between them across and within cities. A shipment may pass through more than one station, and customers self-collect at pickup points. Wajjih assigns shipments to vehicles and plans efficient routes (VRPTW). It is route-planning software for distribution networks — not a freight marketplace, and not the separate Saudi platform Wajeeh (وجيه).

Smart planning
With one click, Wajjih decides which vehicle carries which shipment and in what order to visit each stop — giving you the shortest, fastest plan while respecting every vehicle's capacity and working hours, even when a shipment passes through more than one station on its way. Dozens of shipments become clean, ready routes in seconds.

Frequently asked questions
- What is Wajjih?
- Wajjih (وجّه) is a bilingual Arabic/English web platform for planning shipments across multi-echelon distribution networks in Saudi Arabia: warehouses, stations, and pickup points. It optimizes vehicle routes, supports plan approval, driver execution, and public tracking.
- Is Wajjih the same as Wajeeh?
- No. Wajjih (وجّه) at wajjih.alhanoufg.com is multi-echelon route planning and execution software. Wajeeh (وجيه) is a different freight marketplace / TMS product. They are unrelated.
- How does route optimization work?
- After you create or bulk-upload transfers, one-click optimize assigns shipments to vehicles and orders stops while respecting capacity and working hours (VRPTW), even when a shipment travels warehouse → station → pickup.
- What is the difference between a warehouse, station, and pickup point?
- A warehouse is a central origin/hub. A station is an intermediate distribution node. A pickup point is where the customer collects the shipment. Cargo can move across multiple legs between these facility types.
- Which roles does Wajjih support?
- Admin, planner, fleet, facility, driver, and viewer — each with the screens needed to plan, approve, execute, or monitor routes.
- Can I track a shipment without signing in?
- Yes. Open the public Track page and enter the tracking number (demo numbers look like WJH-…). No account is required.
